Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 3/4 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 3/4 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cooked spaghetti - 3 4
- chicken, cooked and diced - 1 item
- olives, sliced - 1/4 c
- pimiento, sliced - 1/4 c
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Saute onion, celery and green pepper in 2/3 tablespoon margarine in a skillet. Add a tablespoon flour and stir to thicken. Add chicken broth, milk, cream of mushroom soup, pimientos, olives and 1/2 cup margarine. Dice cooked whole chicken. Cook spaghetti. In 9 x 13-inch casserole, layer sauce, spaghetti and chicken. Repeat layers. Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes, until bubbly.Recipe categories: Chicken, Spaghetti, Whole chicken.
