Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- celery, diced - 1 c
- carrots, diced - 1 c
- whole chicken - 1 item
- large can tomato sauce - 1 item
- lima beans - 1 pkg
- potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes - 5 lb
- any desired vegetables - 1 item
How to make chicken soup:
Boil chicken in large pot until cooked. Remove chicken and dice into small pieces. Add tomato sauce and vegetables to chicken stock. Cook until tender. Add chicken and noodles. Boil 10 minutes.Can substitute mixed veggies, if desired.
