Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 6 c
- water - 6 c
- chopped onion - 2 4
- chicken bouillon - 6 tsp
- fine egg noodles - 8 oz
- processed cheese - 1 lb
- butter or more - 4 Tbsp
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute chopped onion in butter. Add water and chicken bouillon; bring to a boil. Add fine egg noodles. Cook for 30 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 4 minutes. Add milk and cheese. Bring to a boil and simmer. Add pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
