- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- skim milk - 2 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- flour or cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
How to make chicken soup:
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour and stir until dissolved. Add other ingredients and cook until bubbly. Makes 4 cups, 130 calories each. (Broccoli may be used instead of chicken to make cream of broccoli soup.)Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chicken, Whole chicken.
