Ingredients/Components

- water - 3 c
- peppercorns - 4 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- can tomatoes - 1 lb
- medium onions, diced - 2 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 3 item
- medium potatoes, diced - 2 item
- stalks celery with tops, sliced - 3 item
- beef shanks, oxtails, short ribs or veal bones - 1 2
How to make vegetable-beef soup:
*May be added during last 2 hours of cooking.Put all ingredients in crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 12 to 24 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours.
