Ingredients/Components
- to 6 chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- fresh carrots, chopped - 2 lb
- tap water - 1 item
- stock celery, chopped - 1 c
- small Spanish onion, chopped - 1 item
- whole chicken fresh, washed and cleaned - 1 item
How to make chicken soup:
Use big soup kettle. Put chicken in pot and fill pot with water 3/4 full. Add onion and celery. Cover and boil until chicken is tender or pulls away from bone. Add carrots last 1/2 hour. When carrots are tender, bone chicken and put chicken back in soup. Add egg noodles or rice as desired.For cream of chicken soup, add mashed potato flakes and boil 3 to 4 minutes until desired thickness.
