- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- chicken breasts, boned and skinned - 4 item
- box long grain and wild rice - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup, if desired - 1 item
How to make chicken sausage casserole:
Boil chicken and dice. Brown sausage. Prepare rice according to instructions on box. In 13 x 9-inch casserole line bottom with diced chicken. Mix sausage, soup, mushrooms and rice and pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
