  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can mushrooms - 4 oz
  • uncooked rice - 1 c
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • can pimentos - 4 oz
  • diced Velveeta - 1 c

How to make sausage casserole:

Brown and drain sausage, onion and celery. Add and mix the rest of the ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 250°, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
