Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 4 oz
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- can pimentos - 4 oz
- diced Velveeta - 1 c
How to make sausage casserole:
Brown and drain sausage, onion and celery. Add and mix the rest of the ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 250°, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
