Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- water
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion powder - 1 item
- celery optional - 1 item
- bottle Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 1 item
- cooked chicken, cut up fine - 1 item
How to make chicken salad puffs:
Puffs:1/2 c. water1/2 stick butter1/2 c. self-rising flour1/8 tsp. salt1/4 c. grated cheese2 eggs Bring 1/2 cup water and 1/2 stick butter to a boil. Quickly add 1/2 cup self-rising flour and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup grated cheese. Quickly stir in 1 egg and stir until smooth. Add another egg and stir until smooth. Refrigerate until cold. Roll in small balls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 25 minutes at 350° or until brown.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
