- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- cut-up fryer - 1 item
- salt slight - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Mix together first four ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Dip cut-up chicken pieces in melted butter and lay them on the first layer. Sprinkle with salt (if desired), pepper and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
