Chicken rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- chopped celery
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg
- cornflake crumbs - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 4 item
- cooked chicken, cut up in small pieces - 3 c
- cooked rice white or wild - 2 c
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Cook stuffing according to package directions and put in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan, then put chicken and eggs on top of stuffing. Mix all other ingredients and spread on top. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
