Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- mayonnaise
- diced celery - 2 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- pimento - 3 Tbsp
- finely diced onion - 3 Tbsp
- small green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- small can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
- diced cooked chicken breasts - 3 c
- almonds toasted - 1/4 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first seven ingredients together. In another bowl, mix rest of ingredients, then mix the two together. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with crushed potato chips. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
