Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- onion soup - 1 item
- fryer or all chicken breasts if desired, 6 or 8 - 1 item
How to make chicken supreme:
In a 9 x 12-inch baking pan, greased, layer uncooked rice. Combine in a separate pan the mushroom soup, celery soup and milk. Heat and pour over uncooked rice. Then place uncooked chicken pieces from 1 entire fryer or use all chicken breasts. Sprinkle onion soup on top of uncooked chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until well done. Depending on your oven you may not want to remove cover. But chicken gets nice and crispy if uncovered. Toss a salad, make coffee and dinner is served.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
