Chicken ratatouille

- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- small zucchini - 2 item
- tomatoes - 2 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- oregano
- basil
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
How to make chicken ratatouille:
Chop onion, pepper and tomato. Slice zucchini; mince garlic. Cut chicken crosswise into strips. Saute onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon oil until soft; add garlic and zucchini and cook 3 or 4 minutes. Add tomato and cook 3 minutes. Push aside; add remaining oil and add chicken until it begins to brown. Stir in herbs, salt and pepper and cook until chicken is done and liquid evaporates.
