Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- catsup - 3/4 c
- pork chops - 8 item
- slices onion - 8 item
- brown sugar firmly packed - 1/2 c
- slices lemon - 8 item
How to make pork chop bake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place pork chops in large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Top each pork chop with onion slice and lemon slice. Mix brown sugar and catsup in small mixing bowl. Pour over pork chops. Cover. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes longer. Yield: 8 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
