Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can chicken broth - 1 3/4
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- cooked peas - 1/2 c
- diced, cooked chicken - 3 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- diced, cooked carrots - 1/2 c
How to make chicken pie:
Combine chicken, soup, broth, peas, carrots and seasonings. Set aside.Prepare pie crust sticks or mix. Roll out thin. Line a 1 1/2 quart casserole with half of the pie crust. Pour chicken mixture into casserole. Top with remaining half of pie crust. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until crust is browned. Yield: About 4 servings.
