Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken bouillon - 1 item
- stick of butter - 1 item
- chicken breasts boneless, cut in half and sliced thin - 1 item
How to make chicken piccata:
Mix egg with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Season flour with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip chicken in egg mixture and seasoned flour. Fry in butter and place in glass dish. At end of frying, lightly saute fresh mushrooms. To drippings in pan, add 1 cup of chicken bouillon mixed with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
