Ingredients/Components
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 3/4 oz
- tomato sauce - 1/4 c
- egg substitute - 1 or
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
- seasoned dried bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
How to make chicken parmigiana:
In shallow bowl, beat egg. Dip chicken. Roll in bread crumbs. Spray 9-inch nonstick skillet with Pam. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 3 minutes each side. Top each cutlet with tomato sauce and cheese. Cover skillet and cook until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
