Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- 8 oz - 2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- boneless skinless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- crushed red pepper flakes optional - 1/4 tsp
How to make chicken parmigiana:
Place the chicken in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. In a saucepan, combine tomato paste, water, garlic and seasonings; bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Sprinkle with cheese.
