Ingredients/Components
- boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Italian style bread crumbs - 1 c
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- slices Mozzarella cheese - 8 item
How to make chicken parmigiana:
Flatten chicken breasts. Dip in egg and bread crumbs. Brown on both sides. Pour spaghetti sauce in baking dish. Place chicken on sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella slices. Bake 15 minutes at 350° or until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
