Ingredients/Components

  • large fryer - 1 item
  • oil - 2 3
  • large can chicken broth - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 3 4
  • Remove chicken
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • milk add more if needed to make soft dough - 1/2 c

How to make chicken paprikas:

Dredge cut-up chicken in flour and brown. Remove chicken. Cook onion in oil until golden. Add salt and pepper. Simmer slowly until tender. Add broth or water as needed. When chicken is tender, remove to dish. Add sour cream to broth and pour over chicken.Recipe for Soft Noodle:2 c. flour3 eggs1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. milk (add more if needed to make soft dough) Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling water. Boil until tender. Drain and rinse. Serve with chicken paprikas.
