Chicken paprika
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- whole chicken breasts - 7 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- dried parsley - 1 tsp
- green peppers - 2 item
- large onion - 1 item
- hot Hungarian paprika - 2 Tbsp
How to make chicken paprika:
Wash chicken. Cut into large chunks size pieces. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add onion and garlic. Saute about 5 minutes. Add chicken and brown for 10 minutes. Add broth and paprika. Stir well. Cut peppers into thick strips and lay on tRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
