Chicken milano
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- medium zucchini, sliced - 2 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 3/4
- jar sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- small garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- large chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 2 item
How to make chicken milano:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion and garlic until tender. Stir in chicken and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Pasta, Main dish.
