Chicken kiev
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1/4 c
- green onions - 1/4 c
- white wine - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs or crackers - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts, split 4 pieces - 2 item
How to make chicken kiev:
Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan. On wax paper, combine next 6 items. Dip chicken in butter and roll in crumb mixture. Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes. Add wine, onion and parsley to remaining butter. Pour over and around chicken. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
