  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 6 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • mushrooms - 1/2 lb
  • chicken breasts - 6 item
  • sherry - 1/2 c
  • rosemary - 1/2 tsp
  • can artichoke hearts - 1 item

How to make chicken jerusalem:

Flour chicken with 1/2 cup flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Brown chicken in butter; remove.

Saute mushrooms in butter, then sprinkle remaining flour over mushrooms and 4 more tablespoons of flour. Stir slowly and then add remaining ingredients, except artichoke hearts. Stir until it thickens.

Place chicken in a 3-quart casserole dish and place artichoke hearts in casserole. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350°, covered, for 45 to 50 minutes.
