- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- soy sauce to taste - 1 item
- slices bacon - 6 item
- large onion - 1 item
- large bell pepper - 1 item
- bags Success rice, cooked - 3 item
- chicken breast, boned and cut into small pieces * - 2 c
- vegetable oil, if needed - 1 item
How to make chicken fried rice:
Fry bacon in wok. Remove. Crumble and set aside. Drop eggs into bacon fat and fry. Remove and set aside. Add chicken and saute until tender. Remove. Add small amount of vegetable oil, if needed. Add pepper and onion; saute until tender. Return baRecipe categories: Side dish, Chicken, Main dish.
