- sugar - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- small carrots - 12 item
How to make orange carrots:
Wash and peel carrots. Cook in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender. Melt butter in a saucepan. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually add orange juice and lemon juice. Add to melted butter and cook over moderate heat, stirringRecipe categories: Side dish, Oranges, Citrus.
