Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- salsa - 1 item
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 10 oz
- fajita seasoning - 1 item
- pre-cooked Southwest chicken breast Louis Rich or Perdue - 18 oz
- can black beans, slightly drained - 1 item
- can Mexican corn corn with green and yellow peppers, slightly drained - 1 item
How to make chicken fajitas:
Combine spinach, fajita seasoning and broth in deep pan. Heat 5 minutes over medium heat. Put in rest of ingredients; heat until cheese melts. Spoon into warm tortillas and enjoy!Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
