Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- cumin - 1 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese - 3 c
- can green chilies - 1 item
- can milk soup can - 1 item
- hot pepper cheese - 3 c
- large flour tortillas or 16 small ones - 12 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Cut up chicken, boil and remove from bones. Saute garlic powder, chili powder, cumin and chicken in a little chicken fat. Set aside.Mix in medium saucepan the sour cream, chicken soup, milk and green chilies. Heat, stirring constantly. If you think it is too thick, add more milk.
Roll chicken and cheese in a tortilla. Cover with sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
