Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- flour tortillas - 12 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Rinse chicken; drain. Cook in water to cover in saucepan until tender; drain, bone and chop. Tear tortillas into pieces. Combine soups, onion and chilies in bowl; mix well. Layer tortillas, soup mixture, chicken and cheese alternately in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
