Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- rice
- to 8 pieces chicken - 6 item
- envelope instant onion soup - 1 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Butter a large casserole. Spread rice in the bottom. Sprinkle chicken with salt and arrange over rice. Combine cream of celery and cream of mushroom soups. Dribble over chicken. Sprinkle instant onion soup over all. Pour broth around, not over, the mixture.
