- flour - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- corn tortillas - 12 item
- chicken stock - 1 c
- can green chilies - 1 item
- scallions - 2 item
- whipping cream* - 1 pt
- sour cream* - 1 pt
- chicken breast, cooked - 3 c
How to make chicken enchiladas:
*Can use buttermilk and light cream to reduce fat. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix flour with stock and heat until slightly thickened. Add the whipping cream, scallions, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in the sour cream until well mixed. DiRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
