- cornstarch - 1 item
- boiled eggs - 3 item
- chicken giblets - 1 item
How to make giblet gravy:
Stew giblets separately in boiler. Chop, then use saved broth for gravy. Take some of broth in cup; add enough cornstarch to make paste. Add to gravy broth. Boil about 3 eggs. Grate fine and add to gravy after it is finished or just slice the eggs.Recipe categories: Egg, Chicken, Poultry.
