can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
small green pepper, diced - 1 item
small onion, diced - 1 item
taco seasoning - 1 pkg
container sour cream - 1 (3
small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
crushed tortilla chips plain

How to make chicken enchilada casserole:

Saute green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Cut chicken breasts in cubes and add to onion and green pepper. Cook on medium for 5 to 7 minutes; stir often. Put all of this into a greased casserole. Mix Cheez Whiz, sour cream, cream of chicken
