- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- small green pepper, diced - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- container sour cream - 1 (3
- small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
- to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- crushed tortilla chips plain
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Saute green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Cut chicken breasts in cubes and add to onion and green pepper. Cook on medium for 5 to 7 minutes; stir often.
