Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- curry powder - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- teriyaki sauce - 1/4 c
- peanut oil - 1/4 c
- large onions - 3 item
- chicken cube - 1 item
- pieces chicken thighs - 6 item
- piece fresh ginger, chopped - 1/2-i item
How to make chicken curry:
Brown chicken in teriyaki sauce and peanut oil. Add all ingredients except onion. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1/2 hour. Add onions. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Serve over white rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Curries.
