- large deboned chicken breasts - 2 item
- thin slices ham - 4 item
- thin slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- flour - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- Place ham and cheese on breasts
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 c
How to make chicken cordon bleu:
