- brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 18 oz
- ginger - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- can chunk pineapple - 8 oz
How to make hawaiian chicken:
Mix all ingredients together for marinade. Place chicken pieces in single layer in shallow baking pan (12 to 15 pieces). Pour marinade over chicken. Marinate 4 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Turn onceRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
