Ingredients/Components
- milk
- baking powder
- self-rising flour
- margarine - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and cubed - 1 item
- can peas and carrots, drained - 1 lb
How to make easy chicken pot pie:
Crust:1 1/2 c. milk3/4 c. margarine1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 c. self-rising flour Combine all pie ingredients and pour into 9 x 12-inch pan. Mix all ingredients for crust and pour over chicken; do not stir. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until crust rises and browns.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
