Ingredients/Components
- chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- green chilies - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 3/4 lb
- corn tortillas - 9 item
How to make chicken chalupas:
Mix chicken pieces with sour cream, soup and chilies. Tear each tortilla into 8 pieces. In a casserole dish (sprayed with Pam or coated with a little soup) layer tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Bake covered at 350° for 1 hour.
