Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large chicken breasts - 4 item
- Pepperidge Farm corn bread dressing - 1 pkg
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken. Do not salt. Cut into pieces. Save broth. Melt margarine and stir into dressing. In a greased 13 x 9-inch dish, put a layer of dressing crumbs, a layer of chicken, then a layer of mushroom soup (diluted with 1 can broth). Again, layer the crumbs, chicken, can of chicken soup (diluted). Top with crumbs and bake at 350° until brown (45 minutes to 1 hour).
