Chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- boneless chicken breasts - 6 item
- chicken stock - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- large can sliced mushrooms undrained - 1 item
- stuffed green olives, halved - 3/4 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated reserve enough for top - 10 oz
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook and cube chicken. Cook and drain noodles. Saute onion, pepper and celery in margarine until translucent. Mix everything together and pour into a 3-quart rectangular casserole.
