Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
- large fryer - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken and remove bones. Crumble crackers coarsely and place in bottom of casserole dish. Melt margarine and pour over crackers. Place bite-size chicken over cracker mixture. Mix sour cream, hot broth and chicken soup until smooth. Pour over chicken and crackers. Sprinkle top with paprika.
