Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned - 4 item
- 1/2 stack packs Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Grease bottom of 9 x 13 dish. Break chicken in pieces and place in dish. Mix together soup and sour cream. (Add little broth to keep from getting too dry.) Spread over chicken. Spread cracker crumbs over all. Pour margarine over crackers. Bake at 350°Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
