Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 10 oz
- stick butter or oleo - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- whole chicken breasts - 2 item
- 1/2 stacks saltines, crushed - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken breasts until tender and save broth. Debone and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Melt butter and toss with cracker crumbs. Layer half of cracker mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
