- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- stick oleo - 1 item
- chicken breasts, skinned and deboned - 4 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- fresh or canned mushrooms, drained - 4 oz
How to make italian chicken:
Cut chicken into smaller pieces and place chicken in the beaten eggs for about 1 hour. Coat the chicken in bread crumbs and brown in oleo on all sides. Place in casserole pan.
