Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can chicken and rice soup - 1 item
- Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 pkg
How to make chicken casserole:
Prepare corn bread according to directions. Saute the onion in margarine. Mix onions, chicken, soup and broth together. Pour over crumbled corn bread. Mix together well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
