Ingredients/Components
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- small onion - 1 item
- can pinto beans - 1 oz
- elbow noodles
- cans corn - 2 item
- small bell pepper green - 1 item
- can stewed, peeled tomatoes - 1 item
How to make goulash:
Brown hamburger meat and drain fat. Open pinto beans and corn. Drain about half the juice from the corn. Add corn and pinto beans to the pot. Add the hamburger meat to the pot. Add the stewed tomatoes. Cut up the onion and bell pepper, then add to the pot. Fix the elbow noodles; drain the water and add to the pot.Cook all ingredients on medium-high heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes about 4 to 6 servings.
