Stuffed peppers
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- hot water - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- cooked hamburger - 1/4 lb
- anchovy paste - 2 Tbsp
- poultry dressing - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed peppers:
Combine all but the last 3 ingredients; mix well, then stuff into seeded and split peppers. Arrange in baking dish; pour oil over them.Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Stir tomato paste into water and add. Bake for another 10 minutes. Baste often. This makes stuffing.
