Chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- toasted almonds - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- cooked, diced chicken - 3 c
- can water chestnuts, sliced thin - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes, melted in 1/2 cup chicken broth - 2 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all together. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cornflake crumbs on top. Pour 1/2 stick melted margarine over all. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
