  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 3/4 c
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix

How to make chicken casserole:

Stew chicken breasts. Let cool. Remove bones and skin, cut into chunks. Add soups, milk and broth. Mix well. Melt margarine and mix with stuffing. Put a layer, about half of mixture, into bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan. Add chicken mixture and top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until top is brown.
