Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 3/4 c
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
How to make chicken casserole:
Stew chicken breasts. Let cool. Remove bones and skin, cut into chunks. Add soups, milk and broth. Mix well. Melt margarine and mix with stuffing. Put a layer, about half of mixture, into bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan. Add chicken mixture and top with remaining stuffing mixture.
